Your laboratory already has a page here.
FTL reads the public registers of 12 national accreditation bodies and publishes one page per accredited laboratory: the certificate, the scope as the register states it, the sites, and a link back to the official entry. Nothing on it was submitted by the laboratory, and nothing on it is hidden from buyers. Registers last refreshed 2026-10-18.
What is on your page today
- Your accreditation, certificate numbers and current status as the register shows them.
- Your scope, line by line, in the register's words and in plain words beside them, so a buyer searching for a test finds you.
- Your sites, with the address the register holds for each.
- A link to your official register entry on every certificate, and the date we last read it.
What claiming changes
- A Verified by the lab mark on your page.
- A named contact and the quote email you choose, so requests land with the right person.
- Corrections to your address, website and contact details, applied by us after we confirm the claim.
- A reply-time mark, shown only where a laboratory has agreed to one.
- When a buyer picks your laboratory, you are the one we hand over to.
How quote requests reach you
The buyer describes the test to FTL
In plain words, on the front page or on a laboratory's page: what needs testing, how many samples, by when, and where the laboratory should be.
We check scope and accreditation
We match the request against published scopes, confirm each accreditation in its register, and ask the laboratories that fit for turnaround and price. The request carries the test, sample count, deadline and location, not the buyer's name.
The buyer picks a laboratory
We put the answers side by side and the buyer chooses. Laboratories are named to the buyer only at that stage.
Only that laboratory gets the details
You receive the buyer's name, company and email, and you reply to the buyer directly. We step back.
What it costs
No sign-up, no paywall, no ads. When a lab wins a job we introduced, it pays us a one-time finder's fee. Buyers pay nothing.
The fee is agreed with you in writing before any introduction. Nothing is owed on requests that do not turn into work, and nothing is owed for the page or the claim.
How to claim your page
- Find your laboratory on the search page and open its profile.
- Press Claim this profile and tell us who you are and what, if anything, is wrong on the page.
- We confirm the claim by email with a work address at the laboratory, apply the corrections, and switch on the verified mark.
Prefer to write first? Contact us and we will do the rest.
Corrections, removals and your data
Register data is reproduced under each accreditation body's public terms, and the source is linked on every certificate. If a line on your page is wrong, claim the page or write to us and we correct what is ours to correct; scope and status follow the register. A laboratory can ask for its contact details to be removed at any time. How we handle the details you give us is in the privacy notice.
Is this free for the laboratory?
Yes. The page, the claim and the quote requests cost nothing. The only money that ever changes hands is the finder's fee when you win a job we introduced, agreed before the introduction.
Who sees my scope?
Anyone, exactly as your accreditation body publishes it. We reproduce the public register entry and link back to it on every certificate, so a buyer can check our page against the source.
Why does my page show an old certificate or address?
Because that is what the register showed when we last read it. Registers are read on a schedule, and the date is printed on your page. Claim the page to correct contact details at once; scope and status follow the register.
Can I choose which requests I get?
You can tell us what you do not want, for example sample types you do not take or countries you do not ship to, and we respect it. Requests reach you only when a buyer's test matches your published scope and the buyer has picked your laboratory.
Do you share the buyer's details before they choose?
No. When we ask laboratories for turnaround and price we send the test, sample count, deadline and location, not the buyer's name or company. The buyer picks one laboratory, and only that laboratory receives the contact details.
What is the finder's fee?
A one-time fee on a job we introduced and you won, agreed with you in writing before the introduction. Nothing is owed on requests that do not turn into work.
Your page is waiting. Make it yours.
Find it, claim it, and be the laboratory we hand over to when a buyer picks you.
